These terms apply when you use ideatoweb.com or work with IdeaToWeb on a project. IdeaToWeb is a web design studio based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By using the site or asking us to work for you, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not copy its design, code or text to pass off as your own. The content here is for general information about our services and is not a binding offer until we agree a project with you in writing.

Projects and quotes

Every project starts with a description of what you need. We then send a plan and a price. Work begins once you accept them in writing, and an email or message that clearly confirms it counts. The agreed plan sets what is included. Anything outside it is quoted separately before we do it.

Payment

Prices, what is paid up front and when the rest is due are set out in the quote for your project. We may pause work if an agreed payment is late. Costs charged by third parties, such as domain names, hosting or paid plugins, are separate from our fees unless the quote says otherwise.

What we need from you

Good results depend on timely answers. Please provide the text, images, logins and approvals we ask for, and make sure you have the right to use everything you give us. If material is late, the delivery date moves with it.

Changes and revisions

Each quote says how many rounds of changes are included. Reasonable changes within the agreed scope are part of the work. Requests that change the scope, such as new pages or new features, may be quoted separately.

Ownership

Once the full agreed fee has been paid, you own the finished website that we delivered to you for your business. Until then, ownership stays with us. We keep ownership of our general methods, tools and any reusable code that is not specific to your project. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Content you provide

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the text, images and other material you give us, including permission to use them. We are not responsible for claims that arise from material you supply.

Third party services

Your site may rely on services we do not control, such as hosting, domain registrars, plugins and search engines. We are not responsible for outages, changes or fees from those providers.

Search results and performance

We follow good practice for design, speed and search, but we cannot promise a particular ranking, number of visitors or number of enquiries. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limits of our responsibility

We work with care and aim to deliver what we agreed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total responsibility for any one project is limited to the fee you paid us for that project.

Ending a project

Either side may end a project by telling the other in writing. You will pay for the work done up to that point, and for any third party costs already committed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking, it will be handled by the courts in Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A project is covered by the terms in force when it was accepted.
